SAILING AROUND THE WORLD WITH SPIRIT OF ARGO

Saint Lucia: Marigot Bay – Company left

Well my Nanna and Grandad left today.

The boat is so empty without them

Before they left they tried to fit as much as they could into the last day.

Tough morning

First it was the beach and kayaking in the morning.

They snuck in a few of the local beers and some coconut rum.

Even tougher life
Even tougher afternoon

Then they headed off to the pool in the afternoon for some more swimming, reading and perhaps a siesta.

Then it was back to the boat for one last night of SUNDOWNERS.

We took them to the small airport outside Castries so they could catch an inter-island flight to visit friends in Barbados before heading back to England.

Inter-island flights are very reasonably priced and may major airlines will let you fly in and out of different islands at no extra charge.  This way you can visit more than one island on one holiday.  Verity is the spice of life!
